১. ভূমিকা: Amader Deal ওয়েবসাইটটি ব্যবহারের মাধ্যমে আপনি আমাদের সকল শর্তাবলী মেনে নিচ্ছেন। যেহেতু এখানে বিভিন্ন ধরণের পণ্য বিক্রয় করা হয়, তাই পণ্যভেদে আলাদা নিয়ম প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে।

২. পণ্যের বিবরণ: আমরা পণ্যের সঠিক রং এবং বিবরণ দেওয়ার চেষ্টা করি। তবে আপনার ডিভাইসের স্ক্রিন সেটিংসের কারণে বাস্তব পণ্যের রঙের সামান্য তারতম্য হতে পারে।

৩. অর্ডার এবং মূল্য: সকল অর্ডার স্টকের উপর নির্ভরশীল। কারিগরি ত্রুটির কারণে যদি কোনো পণ্যের মূল্য ভুল প্রদর্শিত হয়, তবে অর্ডার কনফার্ম করার পরেও তা বাতিলের অধিকার আমরা রাখি।

৪. পেমেন্ট: আমরা ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি, বিকাশ/নগদ এবং ডেবিট/ক্রেডিট কার্ড গ্রহণ করি। বড় অংকের অর্ডারের ক্ষেত্রে আংশিক অগ্রিম পেমেন্ট প্রয়োজন হতে পারে।

৫. ডেলিভারি: আমরা সারা বাংলাদেশে ডেলিভারি দিয়ে থাকি। আপনার অবস্থান এবং পণ্যের ধরণ (যেমন: ভঙ্গুর বা বড় পণ্য) অনুযায়ী ডেলিভারি সময় কম-বেশি হতে পারে।

৬. নিষিদ্ধ ব্যবহার: আমাদের কোনো পণ্য কোনো অবৈধ বা অননুমোদিত কাজে ব্যবহার করা যাবে না।

1. Introduction: By using Amader Deal, you agree to comply with our terms. We host a wide variety of products, and specific rules may apply to different categories.

2. Product Representation: We try to display product colors and details accurately. However, actual colors may vary depending on your monitor settings.

3. Order & Pricing: All orders are subject to stock availability. If a price is listed incorrectly due to a technical error, we reserve the right to cancel the order even after confirmation.

4. Payment: We accept Cash on Delivery, Mobile Financial Services (bKash/Nagad), and Debit/Credit cards. Orders above a certain amount may require partial advance payment.

5. Delivery: We deliver nationwide. Delivery times may vary based on your location and the type of product (e.g., fragile or large items).

6. Prohibited Use: You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
