Return & Exchange Policy

We strive to ensure your purchase is correct and protected. You are eligible for an exchange or return if the product has a manufacturing defect, does not work upon arrival, or if the color/size differs from what you ordered.

Important Requirements:

  • Unboxing Video: To claim for missing or damaged items, you must record a video while unboxing the package. Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
  • Delivery Check: Please inspect the product in front of the delivery man whenever possible.

Warranty Coverage:

  • We offer a 7-day replacement warranty on most products.
  • Some products may carry longer warranty periods, starting from the day you receive the item.

What Is Not Covered? (Non-Returnable Items)

The following conditions or items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

  • Physical damage or burned products.
  • Removal of intact seals or stickers.
  • Scratches, stains, or items not in “resellable” condition.
  • Clearance sale items.
  • Undergarments.
  • Software or digital products.
  • Accessories (chargers, adapters, etc.) included with the product.
  • Free gift items.
  • Compatibility issues with 3rd party hardware/apps that are not default features.

How to Request a Return

  1. Report Quickly: If you find a problem, notify us immediately via email (highest priority), Facebook inbox, or our call center.
  2. Packaging: Return the product in its original box with all papers, warranty cards, stickers, and gifts. Do not apply tape directly to the product box; use an extra bag or carton.
  3. Shipping: You must send the product to our office address via courier or in person. If we arrange a pickup, the customer must pay the courier charge in advance.
  4. Verification: Our team will inspect the item. We will not accept returns sent without prior communication.

Refund Policy

Refunds are issued if a product is out of stock, has a defect that cannot be replaced, or if the product is returned in “resellable” condition.

  • Refund Methods: bKash, Nagad, other MFS, Cash, or Bank Transfer.
  • Timeline: * MFS/Cash: Within 5 days of the request.
    • Cards (Debit/Credit): 10–15 days to reflect on your statement (contact your bank if it takes longer).
  • Time Limit: You must email us at amaderdeal.help@gmail.comwithin 48 hours of delivery to request a refund.
  • Advance Payments: If a pre-paid item is out of stock or canceled, the refund will be sent to the original payment number.

Refund Charges & Adjustments:

  • Defective Products: We cover the shipping cost (Up to 70 BDT inside Dhaka; 150 BDT outside Dhaka). Any extra cost is paid by the customer.
  • Change of Mind: If you return a product because you “don’t like it,” you must pay all courier and settlement charges.
  • Deductions: For non-defective returns, a processing fee (100 BDT inside Dhaka / 200 BDT outside Dhaka + payment fees) will be deducted.
  • Discounts/Cashback: If you received a discount or cashback, that amount is non-refundable. Only the actual amount paid will be refunded.
